Our approach

The decision to engage in therapy is highly personal, even if you have been in counseling before. It is critically important to find the "right" therapist for you. We offer free 15 minutes phone consultations to help decide if you want to take that first step into therapy with us. And throughout our work we'll be checking in with you to ensure that our work feels productive and that you feel safe.

Therapy can not only help you realize that you are not alone, but also provides valuable tools that puts you on the path of healing; it takes courage and we will be here to support you through the journey.
